for Yamaha, Polaris and Ski Doo
Our radius rods are
machined from 7075 T6511 aluminum bar stock and are much stronger than
the original ones. They are drilled and tapered to reduce weight. The
radius rod kits are furnished with top quality aircraft heim joints. The
heim joints are Teflon lined and are considerably stronger than any of
the OEM units. The inside rod end is a heavy duty 1/2" with a
17,000 LB tensile strength, the outer rod end is an oversize 3/8",
with a similar tensile strength. (the inside rod ends for the Yamaha and
the Ski Doo have 12mm holes) Sno-Tek radius rod sets are supplied with
spacers and bushings to make an easy, no stress installation. The
Polaris rods are anodized blue and purple, some Ski Doo sets are
anodized purple, and the Yamaha sets are anodized blue or polished.
Tubular rods are priced without ends. Radius rods are
available in all widths 38"-44"
