The tubular rods are made from 6061 T6511 and have swaged ends. They are lighter and still stronger than the stock. The Polaris and Arctic Cat tie rods and drag link are anodized purple. The Yamaha rods are anodized blue. All versions of the rods have right and left hand threads. The Yamaha and Ski Doo rods are tapped metric as original. The yamaha and Ski Doo rods are available tapped 3/8-24 for our high quality rod ends, or yours. These are the part numbers that end in S (special)
