TERMS
Payment: Orders may be prepaid with personal or business
checks, however, orders will be held until check clears your bank. All
prices listed are net , plus shipping and handling.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover
Cards. Please list all numbers on credit cards, expiration date and 3
digit code located on back of card also include the name and zip code of the cardholder.
C.O.D. A
$9.00 C.O.D. fee is charged in addition to shipping
and handling fees. Personal or business checks will not be accepted. C.O.D.
shipments are CASH ONLY.

SHIPPING
All shipments are made by
United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service or Federal Express.
UPS and Federal Express are both available worldwide. No C.O.D.s
outside the United States.
Canadian shipments are shipped by
UPS, FED EX, or by U.S. Mail. We
recommend that our Canadian customers utilize our Canadian
distributors, all our products are available through them.
Refused Shipments: If you order parts and then refuse the shipment,
you will be charged shipping cost and our normal restocking fee of 15%
. No orders will be processed for customers with an outstanding
balance due to a refused shipment.
Any item damaged or lost in shipment are the responsibility of the
carrier. Inspect all orders upon receipt. In the event of damage,
retain the shipping carton and packing materials. Promptly notify the
carrier and request a damage inspection. The carrier will evaluate the
claim and contact us about replacement.

ORDERS - BACKORDERS - RETURNS
Orders are taken by telephone, by mail,
email and by fax. Please supply us
with the brand, year, model, and engine size of your snowmobile.
On all
backorders, (items that are temporarily out of stock), you
will receive notice on the invoice enclosed in your order. Please
advise if you wish to cancel the item (s) indicated. On prepaid orders,
please indicate that a refund is due at the time of cancellation.
We must be notified within seven (7) days upon receipt of your
order if there are any errors or defective merchandise for return
credit. Returns must be authorized in advance and must be shipped
prepaid to our street address. Returns due to customer error are
subject to a 15% restocking charge and all shipping charges. Returns
due to our error, will be refunded completely including shipping
charges.

LIMITED WARRANTY
SNO-TEK Components warrant each of its products to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship.
SNO-TEK Components shall not be liable for damage or delays
caused either by defective materials or workmanship. All liability is
limited to the repair or replacement of the part (s). No claim for
labor charges for disassembly or assembly will be allowed.
This warranty will not cover any part that has been misused,
improperly installed, or damaged by accident.
NO EXPRESSED,
IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTY OTHER THAN THAT HEREIN
SET FORTH IS MADE OR AUTHORIZED BY SNO-TEK COMPONENTS.
